Pros: The team here, especially fellow Software Engineers, is really collaborative. We had many social events for an Austin, TX tech company. This helped us build solid relationships with each other.
Cons: There's a noticeable shift in management's approach now. It makes the culture feel less open and more top-down. The startup feel for a mid-size tech company is slowly fading.
Advice to Management: Listen more to employees, especially the engineering teams. Re-evaluate top-down decisions to revive our collaborative culture. Remember what made InnovateTech Solutions great.
