Pros: The hybrid work model is a decent perk, especially for Software Engineer roles. You get a couple of WFH days each week, which really helps with personal stuff. The Bengaluru office is pretty accessible too.
Cons: It's not truly flexible, though; you can't just pick your days to come in. Full remote isn't an option for most in this IT services company, which can be tough. Sometimes the commute to the tech park is rough even with flexible hours.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more flexible hybrid options or truly empowering teams to decide their in-office days. Full remote for some senior technical roles could really boost morale and retention.
