Okay for remote work, growth can be tough
Pros: The low-code platform is a solid product. You get good product training as a Sales Representative. The WFH flexibility is a huge perk.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty slow. It's hard to see a clear path for SaaS sales roles. You really have to advocate for yourself to move up.
Advice to Management: Really need to clarify career paths for sales roles. Make it easier to understand how to get promoted. Invest more in internal development for Sales Representatives.

Quickbase has decent culture, but it's changing
Pros: People are generally good here. The teams I worked with as a Product Manager were supportive. It's a pretty inclusive environment, especially for a mid-sized tech SaaS company, and remote work setup is solid.
Cons: The culture feels a bit fractured now. It's tough to connect when everyone's not in one place or a consistent hybrid model. They talk a lot about the low-code platform mission, but actions sometimes don't match.
Advice to Management: Focus on rebuilding a consistent culture for both remote and onsite folks. Transparency about the company's direction would help a lot with employee morale, especially after all the changes.
