Pros: Good learning opportunities with various projects, supportive team and management, decent work flexibility for hybrid work. There's a strong focus on career development which is great for engineers looking to upskill. The company culture is pretty collaborative and encourages innovation. It feels like a stable place to be.
Cons: Sometimes the promotion process can feel a bit slow, and with some projects, the workload can get pretty intense during crunch times. Communication from upper management could be a bit more consistent.
Advice to Management: Keep focusing on streamlining promotion paths and ensuring consistent, clear communication across all levels. Invest more in regular feedback mechanisms for project leads.

Pros: They've got a decent hybrid model in place for Software Engineer roles, which is good. You can usually split your time between home and the Pune office. Some project managers are pretty understanding when you need to adjust your schedule.
Cons: Work flexibility really depends on your project and client demands, which is a major downside. For some IT consulting engagements, you're pretty much expected onsite constantly. It's tough if your manager isn't keen on WFH options.
Advice to Management: Standardize work from home policies across all projects, especially for engineering roles. Don't let client demands completely dictate employee flexibility.

Pros: I loved being able to work remote from home; that really helped my work-life balance. As a Software Engineer, the flexibility to manage my day was pretty good. Some teams are great about respecting boundaries for those in IT services.
Cons: The client project demands often meant long hours, especially close to deadlines. It's tough to truly log off when you're on a global IT company project. You really have to push back sometimes, or your evenings are gone.
Advice to Management: Encourage project managers to better estimate timelines and resource allocation. Give teams more power to say no to unreasonable client requests. Support mental health breaks.
