Okay Work-Life, Can Be Demanding
Pros: The hybrid model is a big plus. You get WFH flexibility a few days a week, which helps. The benefits package is solid for a large insurance brokerage, making it decent compensation. The team in the New York City office is pretty supportive too.
Cons: Expect long hours sometimes, especially when client deliverables are due. As an Account Manager, the workload can pile up fast. It's tough to really disconnect; you're often checking emails after hours. The emphasis on billable hours adds pressure.
