Solid Place for Software Engineers with Good Balance
Pros: I really appreciate the work-life balance here as a Software Engineer. The remote work setup has been great, giving me flexibility. My team is super supportive, and I've learned a ton from my colleagues in software development. It's a pretty stable environment overall for a tech company, which is a big plus. There are good opportunities to pick up new skills.
Cons: Sometimes the internal communication could be better, especially across different engineering teams. Also, while there are learning opportunities, the path to faster promotions seems a bit slow, which can be frustrating if you're looking for rapid career advancement within the company. Legacy systems occasionally make development a bit tricky.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining internal communication channels and explore ways to accelerate career progression paths for individual contributors.
