Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Conduct consultation before treatment
- Perform spa treatments according to SOP and brand standards, such as: Balinese massage, Aromatherapy massage, Body scrub, Facial treatment, Foot reflexology
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after use
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of spa equipment and areas
- Maintain proper handling of oils, products, towels, and linens
- Recommend suitable treatments or spa products to guests
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality
- Ensure guest safety and comfort during treatments
- Support spa operation during busy periods
- Assist in stock checking and replenishment when required
- Follow hotel grooming and hygiene standards
- Comply with health, safety, and workplace regulations
