We enable brands and agencies to move beyond basic targeting and leverage data-driven audience strategies at scale. As an established business in India and with over 3 years of presence in Indonesia, we’re now looking for someone who can scale Segumento’s audience business in Indonesia.

Role And Responsibilities
- Build and scale a sales pipeline
- Drive partnerships with brands, agencies, and programmatic ecosystem players
- Sell data-led audience solutions (not just media)
- Own revenue, growth, and market expansion in Indonesia
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in adtech / martech / data / programmatic
- Well verse with media buying approach and thought process
- Strong network across agencies or direct advertisers in Indonesia
- Experience selling DMP/CDP/data or audience solutions
- A builder mindset, comfortable with 0 → 1 ownership
- Someone who wants to own outcomes, not just execution
