Job Desc

Create and monitor the implementation of engagement plans.
Accountable for partner on-boarding, quality assurance, loyalty, and retention.
Support the City Manager to ensure high retention rates and increase partner Life Time Value (LTV).
Ensure exceptional service quality to minimize complaints.
Manage cost-effectiveness and efficiency against results.

Requirements

Education: Minimum D3 in any major.
Field person, engagement person, easy to adapt with driver's communities
Experience in Field-based acquisition will be a plus point .
Proficient in laptops, Office (Excel/GSheet), and mobile applications
Own and able to drive a motorcycle and Car for site visits
Must reside in Jakarta and be willing to cover Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Barat, or Jakarta Utara as assigned.
