Job Desc

Community 2W Management to engange our 2W drivers Partners.
Act as management representative to ensure that any communication of regulations are delivered smoothly.
Develop performance-driven relationships with Drivers partners.
Align City Managers/Leads and growth with city demand dynamics and business targets.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner success.
Achieving KPI : Attendance drivers number, Atribut selling, etc

Requirements

Ex-sales are Preferred
Knowing basic sales funnel and willing to learn
Fluent with Excel, docs, etc
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major (Communications, Business Management, and Sociology are often preferred).
Possesses a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and an active driver's license (SIM C) due to very high mobility requirements.
Willing to work flexible hours (sometimes required to be on standby on weekends if there are events or field incidents)
