  • Track Progress & Mastery
  • Coordinate regular self-assessments and supervisor reviews for all staff.
  • Monitor how everyone is doing against their skill targets using the Talenta system.
  • Keep records clean and follow up with anyone who misses their deadlines.
  • Run the Training Machine
  • Manage the training calendar and book everything from venues to external vendors.
  • Ensure every consultant hits their 40-hour annual training requirement.
  • Help create learning materials like job aids, case studies, and workshop presentations.
  • Support Individual Growth (IDPs)
  • Help facilitate workshops that teach consultants how to plan their own careers.
  • Review development plans for quality and track if people are actually finishing them.
  • Provide basic coaching to help staff pick the right learning activities.
  • Data & Tech Administration
  • Keep the Performance Management System (Talenta) updated with fresh data.
  • Create "status dashboards" and basic Excel reports to show management how people are developing.
  • Handle the logistics for "calibration sessions" where performance is finalized.
