Responsibilities

This position is responsible for general PA job description, such as handling travel arrangements and monthly expense report, managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda, arranging new meetings or appointments, handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages), etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree graduate in any majors (preferably in Human Resource, Management, Accounting and Finance)
  • Have at least 1-2 years of working experiences in managing/assisting
  • Well understanding in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
  • Well understanding about financial reporting and presenting
  • Fluent in English is a plus
  • Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
  • Able to work effectively and result-oriented with fast-paced environment
  • Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang and mobile (if needed)
