About The Role
Tentang Anak is a fast-growing parenting company with multiple product lines ranging from nutrition, personal care and intellectual property. Data drives everything we do. We’re looking for a Junior Associate, Business Intelligence, to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that help our teams move faster and smarter. This role is critical to building a trusted data environment and accelerating decision-making across the company.
What You’ll Own
- BI Solutions Delivery: Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that directly influence strategic and operational decisions.
- Insight Partnering: Collaborate with multiple departments to translate business needs into effective BI solutions and actionable insights.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness across all BI outputs.
- Adoption & Enablement: Drive adoption of BI tools and data literacy across the company, enabling non-technical teams to make informed decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Refine methodologies, automation, and reporting processes to shorten delivery times and increase impact.
Requirements
You’re a Fit If
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Statistics or related fields.
- You are fresh graduates or have at least 1-2 years of experience as BI / data analyst in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or FMCG industry.
- You thrive in environments where priorities shift quickly and ambiguity is part of the challenge.
- You can work independently with minimum supervision, take ownership from start to finish and follow through until results are achieved.
- You enjoy working with numbers and reporting tasks, demonstrating strong attention to detail and a diligent, structured approach.
- You are able to multitask and manage multiple projects & stakeholders effectively.
