Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to support business monitoring
Manage and organize Sparks Math operational data accurately
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support operational and business decision-making
Identify insights and trends from data to improve operational efficiency
Develop simple automation to streamline reporting and operational processes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting effectiveness
Nice To Have
Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY)
Familiarity with BI / dashboard tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
Exposure to automation tools such as Google Apps Script, n8n, Zapier, or Python
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field
Proficient in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
Basic understanding of data analysis and strong analytical thinking skills
Detail-oriented and willing to learn new tools quickly
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
