Job Responsibilities

Support end-to-end procurement processes, including creating and submitting Purchase Orders (POs) in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth purchasing and logistics operations.
Monitor procurement requests and follow up on order status, delivery timelines, and required documentation.
Maintain procurement records and ensure all supporting documents are properly organized and updated.
Assist in inventory, logistics, and operational administration to support business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and seamless execution of procurement activities.
