Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab
Mengatur proses rutinitas pengadaan barang/jasa sesuai permintaan kebutuhan operasional.
Mengidentifikasi dan mengelola vendor/supplier untuk mendapatkan kualitas dan harga terbaik.
Membuat, menegosiasikan, dan meninjau kontrak/PO (Purchase Order) agar sesuai kebijakan.
Memastikan proses purchasing berjalan efisien dan biaya pembelian termonitor dengan baik.
Melakukan tracking status order, memastikan barang tiba tepat waktu, dan mengelola data stok inventory.
Melakukan stock opname periodik, rekonsiliasi stok fisik dan mengatur threshold restock dengan sistem.
Memastikan sistem inventory terstruktur dan terdokumentasi rapi sebagai basis keputusan.
Mengatur pengiriman, distribusi, dan penerimaan barang untuk unit internal/eksternal.
Berkoordinasi dengan pihak ekspedisi/kurir untuk memastikan jadwal & biaya logistik optimal.
Menangani admin logistik seperti surat jalan, packing list, pelacakan barang (tracking), dan penyelesaian masalah transit.
Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Manajemen, Logistik, Supply Chain, Administrasi Bisnis, Teknik Industri atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman kerja 1–3 tahun dalam pengadaan, purchasing, inventory control, dan logistik menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami supply chain fundamentals, purchasing processes, dan basic inventory control.
Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP/LOOKUP, reporting).
Mampu bekerja teliti, disiplin, dan terstruktur dalam mengelola data & dokumen.
Komunikatif dan mampu bernegosiasi dengan vendor ataupun internal tim.
Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim dengan target penyelesaian yang jelas.
Integritas tinggi serta bertanggung jawab atas akurasi data dan proses operasional.
