Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain office facility and assets: liaise with building management, make sure the environment could promote the productive work, neat, tidy, and clean all the time, record all the office assets, routine office facility checking, office renovation.
  • CSR and society relations, public and external relations, maintain all office legal and permit documents including permit project handling, media relations and compliance, external relations party including media publisher news handling.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities : Efficiently manages multiple tasks and deadlines by prioritizing work, maintaining structured workflows, and staying focused under pressure. Able to balance competing demands while delivering accurate, high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills : Effectively conveys information with clarity and professionalism while building positive relationships. Able to collaborate with diverse individuals, listen actively, and adapt communication styles to ensure understanding and teamwork.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail : Skilled at identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and developing effective solutions while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Carefully reviews work to ensure precision and prevent errors.
  • GA Coordination: Supervise and coordinate GA team member and messenger.
  • Vendor and FA Bridging: Work closely with vendor and Finance Accounting to make sure the vendor invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.



Requirement

  • sMin. Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferable from La
  • wMinimum 10 years of experience in GA or Office Service with 5 years in leadership rol
  • eStrong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skil
  • lHave broad knowledge and experience in expat permit, company legal document permit, and renewa
  • lEasily build, have strong relationships, and can communicate well with government agencies, especially BKPM, Customs, or Ministry of Trad
  • eHaving good knowledge and experience in safety and securit
  • yFluent in English both verbal and writte
  • nWilling to be placed in Cilegon, Banten (Merak
