Responsibilities

  • Participating in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from TA team, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process for mass hiring PKHL
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions on various platforms
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the data base
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and provide feedback to the hiring team
  • Prepare recruitment reports and analytics

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and related fields.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human capital management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with job portal such as LinkedIn, jobstreet express, facebook job posting,
  • ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work hybrid arrangement (WFO at Segari's Daan Mogot Head office and Cirendeu’s Head Office).
