Description

  • Develop, analyze, and execute digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms, create content, and monitor performance using analytics tools to optimize campaign results.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee event activities from preparation through post-event evaluation.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including photo and video content for digital and event promotions.
  • Collaborate with vendors, media partners, and other third parties to support marketing and event initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and event outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Event Management, Social Media Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content strategies.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO fundamentals.
  • Skilled in photo and video editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications.
  • Proven experience in planning and managing corporate events, promotional campaigns, and marketing activations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English is an advantage.
