Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes based on hiring requests, from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage General Affairs operations, including office supplies procurement, monthly operational needs, asset management, vendor coordination, and ensuring the office environment is well maintained.
Coordinate office operational matters such as utilities, equipment maintenance, repairs, and other day-to-day administrative needs.
Assist in handling company legal and administrative documents, including licenses and compliance requirements.
Monitor and maintain the company's KPI administration and performance tracking.
Prepare and calculate employee performance bonuses based on the established evaluation system.
Support the management of the company's social media by creating or editing simple visual content and coordinating content uploads when needed.
Support employer branding initiatives by managing HR-related social media content, promoting company culture, and coordinating employee engagement programs and internal events.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and other administrative reports.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Administration, or General Affairs.
Familiar with recruitment processes and office administration.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
Basic photo/video editing skills using tools such as Canva or CapCut are a plus.
Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work full-time onsite (WFO) in Yogyakarta.
