We are looking for an HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes. This role will handle employee data, HR documents, HRIS updates, and coordination with related teams to ensure smooth and accurate HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the employee lifecycle process, including onboarding, employee data changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS system.
- Prepare, organize, and archive HR documents such as contracts, letters, and personnel files.
- Coordinate with the payroll team regarding attendance, payroll data, and compensation-related information.
- Support employee benefits administration, including BPJS, insurance, and other company benefits.
- Assist with HR employee inquiries related to leave, benefits, and administrative matters.
- Prepare basic HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and employee data summaries.
- Handle business trip administration, including request processing, documentation, and travel arrangement coordination.
- Ensure HR processes are carried out in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or employee lifecycle management.
- Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Talenta or similar platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Familiar with HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
