About This Role


You will own the full client acquisition cycle — from outbound prospecting and qualification through requirement scoping, solution alignment, proposal development, and deal closure. Working alongside the Commercial Lead, you will build and manage your own sales pipeline from day one, targeting enterprise and growth-stage companies across Indonesia.


This is a high-autonomy, commission-driven role for someone who thrives on ownership, accelerated growth, and meaningful earning potential. By Month 3, you are expected to be operating independently, achieving targets, and building momentum toward a long-term career with ASTRNT Solution Partners.


Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, you will gain hands-on exposure to strategic account management and CEO-level deal collaboration, contributing to the growth of ASTRNT Solution Partners as a trusted business solutions provider.


Key Responsibilities


  • Prospect and identify potential enterprise and growth-stage clients within the Indonesian market.
  • Qualify leads and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective CRM usage.
  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial Lead to strategize and refine sales approaches.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.


Must Have Skills


  • Demonstrable consultative B2B selling skills developed from direct working experience
  • Loves meeting people in-person, but equally efficient in using technology to quickly establish relationships
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation & revenue targets
  • Demonstrable results in selling to relevant BUMN, enterprise, or tech-driven companies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with high integrity and professionalism
  • Loves CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable with and a fast adopter of the latest technologies
  • Ability to quickly create proposals that address the client's needs and urgency


Added Value


  • Consultative B2B experience in talent acquisition and/or talent management scope
  • Existing network of HR leaders and decision-makers in Indonesia
  • Strong knowledge of HR workflows (talent acquisition, assessment, L&D, etc.)
  • Nice to have: History of managing and motivating junior salespeople
