About This Role
You will own the full client acquisition cycle — from outbound prospecting and qualification through requirement scoping, solution alignment, proposal development, and deal closure. Working alongside the Commercial Lead, you will build and manage your own sales pipeline from day one, targeting enterprise and growth-stage companies across Indonesia.
This is a high-autonomy, commission-driven role for someone who thrives on ownership, accelerated growth, and meaningful earning potential. By Month 3, you are expected to be operating independently, achieving targets, and building momentum toward a long-term career with ASTRNT Solution Partners.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead, you will gain hands-on exposure to strategic account management and CEO-level deal collaboration, contributing to the growth of ASTRNT Solution Partners as a trusted business solutions provider.
