Job Title: Network Engineer / IT Infrastructure & Support

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Administer AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, and AWS WorkSpaces.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and on-premises infrastructure.
- Support backup, disaster recovery, security controls, and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects, cloud migrations, and operational support.
- Participate in rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support coverage.
