About The Role
Job Title: L2 Infrastructure EUC - VDI Engineer
Key Responsibilities
L2 EUC / VDI Support Engineer
Technical Skills
- Windows 10/11 Administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- VDI Technologies: Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, SCCM/MECM
- Endpoint Management, Software Deployment, Patch Management, and Device Compliance
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management using ITSM tools (Ivanti, ServiceNow, Jira)
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP), printer support, and manufacturing floor endpoint support
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting shop-floor devices, handheld scanners, label printers, and manufacturing applications.
- Exposure to monitoring tools such as ControlUp, Citrix Director, Dynatrace, or Nexthink.
