Job Description
Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
Maintain and update hiring trackers and dashboards to ensure accurate recruitment data
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
Assist onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and communication
Organize and manage employee data and HR documentation
Support People Operations projects and process improvement initiatives
Monitor candidate pipeline and follow up on hiring progress
Provide administrative support for HR and People Operations activities
Job Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and people operations is a plus
