HEPMIL Indonesia is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is a 1 year contract role, subject to renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate project management and communication
- Create long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines
- Identifying & mapping potential risks and liabilities of multiple projects
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Manage administrative works on projects end-to-end (brief to reports)
- Build a good relationship with clients and creators for future opportunity
- Managing team
- Stakeholder management : Integrating and communication to influencer’s workflow or content”s workflow for multiple online branding campaigns
Qualifications:
- Full time working hour
- The ideal candidate has +/- 4 years of Sales & marketing experience with an agency or brand
- Able to oversee the successful completion of projects and can work in a wide variety of fields
- A great team player and excellent communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and make strategic decisions & have a good problem-solving skills
- Great time management & organization
- Having some experience in handling one of the digital marketing activities OR at least basic knowledge about some of those digital marketing activities will be a plus point
- Good English speaking ( Writing & Speaking )
- Comfortable working in fast paced environment
- Have good knowledge of Social media platform ( TikTok, Instagram etc )
