Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the Little Joy community across online and offline channels.
  • Execute community engagement campaigns, activations, and challenges, including participant tracking, point recaps, and reward coordination.
  • Coordinate with brand partners for collaborations and community initiatives.
  • Build meaningful relationships and deliver an exceptional experience for community members.
  • Monitor community insights, engagement metrics, and prepare performance reports.
  • Support and manage end-to-end community programs and events.

Qualification

  • Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Community, Social Media, KOL, or Customer Engagement roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a community-first mindset.
  • Highly organized with excellent multitasking and project coordination abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and participant management (preferred).
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace and Canva.
  • Creative in developing engagement ideas, campaigns, and community activations.
  • Experience in parenting, FMCG, or mom-and-baby communities is a plus.
  • Willing to work in Joglo, Jakarta Barat
