Job Description

Manage community, project databases for events, & brand collaborations
Execute strategies to build and engage community
Monitor and respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other teams to gather content and insights to enhance community experiences
Find, evaluate, and join both offline and online events by outside parties with the purpose of networking and expand the community database.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
