Job Description

  • Manage community, project databases for events, & brand collaborations
  • Execute strategies to build and engage community
  • Monitor and respond to community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to gather content and insights to enhance community experiences
  • Find, evaluate, and join both offline and online events by outside parties with the purpose of networking and expand the community database.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations within the community.
  • Becoming Key Person In Charge for community partnership

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Have an experience to handle community in consumer goods industry
  • Have a minimum 2 years of work experience
  • Willing to work in Joglo, Jakarta Barat
