Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any major, with a preference for Information Technology, computer science and industrial engineering.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to understand customer pain points and knowledge of business processes.
Previous experience in Sales or Marketing within an Information Technology Company is advantageous (fresh graduates are welcome).
Experience or certification in project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support superiors in developing sales strategies and plans aligned with revenue targets.
Generate sales funnels and forecast sales.
Achieve product sales targets.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and oversee project closures.
Collaborate with superiors in determining product pricing and promotional schemes.
Serve as a project manager, overseeing project planning and ensuring successful customization.
Coordinate with Development and Pre-Sales Teams regarding projects.
Work with the finance department to ensure timely payments from clients.
Liaise with the Operations Manager and clients for testing, handover, and implementation.
Collaborate with operations to enhance cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
Provide insights for marketing and development efforts.
