Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to prepare techno-commercial proposals for Instrumentation and Industrial Automation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, proposal preparation experience, and the ability to coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
Review RFQs, tender documents, and technical specifications
Select and size instrumentation and automation products
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing and technical details
Prepare BOMs, costing sheets, compliance documents, and proposals
Support sales teams during customer discussions
Track submitted proposals and maintain records
Ensure timely submission of quotations and tenders
