Job Summary

As a Lead, Business Analysis & Operations within the Accommodation domain’s Accom SGM department, you’ll play a key role in the Business Analysis & Operations function by driving process optimization and fraud mitigation efforts. The team’s focus on operational efficiency and customer-centricity provides a strong foundation for you to leverage your analytical skills to address critical business challenges. Your work will directly support the team’s mission to help Traveloka’s functions work smarter and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate existing business processes within the Accom SGM domain to uncover inefficiencies and propose improvements aligned with strategic company goals
  • Utilize statistical methods and data analysis to identify trends, diagnose root causes of operational issues, and develop actionable solutions for the Accommodation domain
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry benchmarks and competitive trends to recommend best practices for sustainable process improvement in the Business Analysis & Operations function
  • Propose and implement new methodologies and workflows to enhance Accommodation product/service quality and elevate customer satisfaction
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify potential fraudulent activities across all Traveloka products, with a focus on the Accom SGM domain
  • Develop complex SQL queries (including joins and aggregations) to support fraud detection, investigation, and reporting needs
  • Support investigators by providing data insights, evidence, and pattern analysis related to fraud cases in the Accommodation domain
  • Document findings from fraud investigations, analyze cases, and recommend action items and feasible improvements to minimize future fraud risks
  • Provide input and insights on fraudulent methods and behaviors to develop preventive and curative actions for the Business Analysis & Operations team
  • Interact with issuing institutions and customers to validate information, confirm or cancel authorizations, and manage disputes related to Accommodation product fraud
  • Understand Traveloka’s products and business processes in-depth, particularly those within the Accom SGM domain
