Someone has to be the glue. The person who knows what's happening. The person who can step into the detail when needed but also contribute at the leadership table. The person who keeps the numbers accurate, the administration team humming, and the business moving forward. Jayco Newcastle and Hunter Valley Modular Homes are looking for a dynamic Financial Controller to do exactly that. You enjoy being at the centre of the action. You're commercially minded and naturally curious about how a business operates. You don't just want to report on the numbers. You want to understand what is driving them, contribute ideas, and help influence better business outcomes. But you also know that strong commercial decisions are built on strong foundations. You’re practical enough to roll up your sleeves and make sure the fundamentals are done exceptionally well. And to you – not every finance role is about climbing the corporate ladder. You are more driven by joining a great business, leading a great team, and having the opportunity to influence how things operate. You'll bring structure, leadership and commercial thinking to the operation. You'll keep the engine room running smoothly while providing the information, insight and support leaders need to make confident business decisions. But it’s also hands-on. Yep, there’s some grunt work. You’ll learn all the ins and outs, all the complex nitty gritty, and all parts of the business. You’ll need this knowledge to make the kind of high-impact the need. And the culture? No politics. No passengers. Just good humans building something solid.
