Job Summary
You are a highly motivated and technically strong Infrastructure and Cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience in IT/OT environments. You have a solid understanding of industrial infrastructures, virtualization technologies, and cybersecurity best practices, and you are comfortable working in complex, multi-country environments across ASEAN.
You possess basic to intermediate knowledge of industrial automation systems (SCADA/OT environments), enabling you to effectively collaborate with automation engineers and ensure secure, reliable integration between IT and OT systems.
You are proactive, customer-focused, and able to translate technical requirements into practical, secure, and scalable solutions. You enjoy working closely with project teams, customers, and regional stakeholders to ensure reliable and compliant infrastructure deployments.
What You Will Do
- Design and test IT infrastructure solutions using virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Support deployment of VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V clusters for factory IT/OT workloads
- Review and implement network segmentation (VLANs, firewall policies) across projects
- Support regional DR/BCP plans including backup, restore, and failover testing
- Deploy Industrial Cybersecurity Reference Architecture across automation and digital projects
- Coordinate regional incident response preparedness and conduct simulation drills
- Review and ensure compliance with regional standards (e.g., DESC, OTCC)
- Support integration of OT security in local projects, collaborating with SCADA/automation teams
- Engage customers on audit and compliance documentation
- Deliver cybersecurity awareness and training sessions across the region
- Train customer IT/OT teams on secure infrastructure management
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and/or cybersecurity roles
- Strong hands-on experience with virtualization technologies:
- VMware vSphere
- Microsoft Hyper-V
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (VLANs, switching, routing, firewalls)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial automation environments
- Experience in industrial (OT) or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
- Experience in backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity planning (BCP)
- Exposure to incident response processes and security operations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with automation engineers and OT teams
- Willingness to travel across ASEAN for project and customer engagement
