Responsibilities
- Support the daily food preparation and cooking for private villa operations.
- Deliver consistently high-quality dishes aligned with Aman culinary standards.
- Collaborate closely with butler to create seamless, personalized dining experiences.
- Ensure all food items are prepared, presented and stored in accordance with food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and readiness of villa kitchen areas.
- Assist in adapting menus to guest preferences and special dietary requirements.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure punctual service delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively respond with thoughtful solutions.
- Demonstrate adaptability when handling last-minute requests or changes.
Requirements
- A degree in Culinary.
- 1 year of experience at the similar position.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- A creative, hands-on and detail-oriented mindset aligned with Aman values.
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to address changing needs and assist with tailored guest requests.
