Lead the Growth team, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to achieve business goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive marketing plans that outline goals, strategies, and tactics.
Develop and maintain strong brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels to attract prospective client and retain existing ones.
Provide feedback to marketing and sales on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Communicating sales results, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Monitor key KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), conversion rate, and retention rate.
Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement and implement them.
Use CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities, update lead and account information and manage sales pipeline
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing sales in a tech industry.
Strong leadership, result-oriented, and resilient in facing market challenges.
Fluency in English both written and spoken is mandatory.
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation or inside sales with preferably in an enterprise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively articulate product value proposition.
Persistent with a positive attitude and passionate for sales.
Knowledge of sales techniques and cold outreach strategies.
