Summary Of The Job

This position expected to support multiple projects in Qoala Plus by analyzing data, reporting and mapping processes, and working with multiple stakeholders.

You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution, working closely with Sales, Product, and Insurance Placement teams to optimize processes, improve tech products, and uncover new growth levers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with AVP of Growth to develop OKR for certain product insurance and full accountability for high-impact growth initiatives, acting as the project lead from ideation through execution and post-launch evaluation.
  • Leverage complex data to conduct deep-dive analyses on market trends, funnel conversion, and drop-off points to inform strategic planning, to support OKRs development, and continuously monitor success metrics.
  • Work independently alongside the Insurance Placement and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and redesign business processes for maximum efficiency, including AI adoption .
  • Collaborate closely with the Product/Tech team to provide continuous feedback and drive iterations on internal dashboards and placement tools, ensuring they meet commercial needs.
  • Immerse directly with the Sales team to create localized and targeted sales strategies, gather qualitative feedback on customer objections, and refine the go-to-market approach.
  • Act as the strategic anchor for incubating new business opportunities or product lines, to build robust initiative frameworks, track early-stage success metrics, and provide executive-level feedback and recommendations to scale or pivot.
  • Coordinate with internal (Legal, Finance, Product, Data and Marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and reiteration of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimal 5 years of experience in growth strategy, business development strategy, or similar roles in an insurtech, fintech, or tech-driven company and preferably from Tier 2-3 consulting firm/ business development.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and market research.
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can independently drive projects to completion without micro-management, and is able to work collaboratively across multiple functions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products (specifically Property and Personal Lines) is highly preferred, though top-tier candidates with strong generalist B2B/B2C growth backgrounds will be considered.
