Business Development Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia)
We’re hiring a
Business Development Manager to join a growing company within the
Fintech & E-commerce space.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, working closely with SMEs and business owners, and driving long-term business growth.
What You’ll Do - Build and manage relationships with SME owners, distributors, brand owners, and e-commerce merchants
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Support client onboarding and ongoing account success
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a positive client experience
What We’re Looking For - Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Success, or Consultative Sales
- Background in Fintech, Financial Services, SaaS, E-commerce, Digital Platforms, Warehousing/Fulfilment, or SME solutions preferred
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin
