Acquisition: Identify and onboard a diverse range of hotels, from budget accommodations to high-tier properties, ensuring alignment with market demand and seamless integration of hotel offerings.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, supplier operations, customer service, and finance to optimize hotel performance and maximize customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights and identify new business opportunities.
Operations: Support process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance.
Analytical Skills: Aptitude for interpreting market data and analyzing market trends, competitor updates, and account management metrics is valuable for making informed decisions, identifying new opportunities for business growth and prioritization of resources.
What You’ll Need
Minimum 4-6 years experience in Business Development / Account Management, preferably in OTA / Travel related industries / E-commerce
Proven track record in partner account growth and contract negotiation
Strong commercial sense. Operational excellence mind-set and data driven
Excellent problem-solving skills. Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented
Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
