Develop creative content concepts and campaign ideas for KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Create detailed KOL content briefs, including content direction, hooks, scene-by-scene flow, key messages, CTAs, and deliverables.
Research social media trends, viral content, competitor activities, and winning ads to generate fresh content ideas.
Collaborate closely with KOL Specialists, Social Media, Creative, and Video teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Review KOL content before posting to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide content optimization recommendations based on insights and analytics.
Brainstorm and propose new campaign concepts to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related majors
Comfortable working in English
Must have minimum 3-4 years of experience working with paid influencers (paid KOL collaborations, preferably mid-tier or macro influencers (non-nano creators))
Must have experience in the beauty / skincare industry
Familiar with TikTok / Instagram / short-form video content ecosystems.
Strong sensitivity to social media trends and the ability to identify engaging content.
Strong ability in content ideation and script structuring.
Previous experience in content marketing, social media, or influencer marketing is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both creators and internal teams.
