Responsibilities

What we expect

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project specifications, schedule, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS/HSE) regulations.
Conduct site inspections and address technical or operational issues promptly.
Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Who we are looking for

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of as Project Supervisor /Project Engineering experience in construction, M&E, elevator, or escalator industries.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferable Indonesia Citizen only.
Work location: Subang, West Java
Remote area & willing to work travelling
Experience managing subcontractors and site workers is preferred
Knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site operations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Capability to resolve site issues and make decisions under pressure.
