Job Description

Execute end to end payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments in accordance with company policies and payroll schedules
Manage and consolidate payroll data submissions including attendance records, incentives, and other payroll-related components from multiple sources
Perform data cleaning, validation, and cross-checking to ensure payroll data accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final processing
Act as the main point of contact for external audits related to payroll compliance, including tax and BPJS documentation and data preparation.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for corporate benefits administration and ensure proper data reconciliation and timely processing

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and handling large datasets
Solid understanding of payroll components and Indonesian regulations, specifically PPh 21 income tax and BPJS
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data verification skills to maintain a high level of payroll accuracy
Excellent communication and coordination skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties
