Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop strategies and monitor marketing programs for PT GUE’s digital platform to ensure effective execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Execute and oversee monetization initiatives, including setting timelines for each program.
Coordinate and monitor monetization projects across relevant internal teams based on media order priorities.
Fulfill internal requests related to the GUE platform and its monetization efforts.
Analyze ongoing programs to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and compile reports related to monetization projects.

Syarat Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Creative Media, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in media planning, marketing operations, campaign management, or digital content management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and performance data
Experience in project coordination or cross-functional collaboration
Good understanding of digital marketing metrics and monetization models
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
This is a freelance position with flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid – Bintaro, South Tangerang)
