Job Descriptions

  • Support the onboarding process for new joiners, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Assist with offboarding administration, including resignation documentation and completion of offboarding checklists.
  • Perform quality checks (QC) on HR documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Respond to employee inquiries through email or ticketing platforms and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support day-to-day People Operations activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major (HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets & Docs).
  • Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude and willingness to support operational activities.
  • Previous internship or organizational experience in HR or administration is a plus, but not required.
