Based in our Jakarta office, we are looking for a suitable candidate for:

PROCUREMENT OFFICER – DIRECT MATERIAL

We are looking for a Procurement Officer to manage day-to-day procurement and supplier coordination for direct materials including actives, indent, and raw materials. This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable material supply, smooth procurement execution, and strong supplier collaboration within our Indonesian supply chain.

You will work closely with the Indonesia Procurement Lead and APAC Category Managers to support sourcing strategies and maintain supply continuity.

Key Responsibilities below provide a brief summary of the role.

• Purchasing Operations

Execute purchase orders, manage confirmations and documentation, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of direct materials.

• Supplier Management & SRM

Manage supplier communication and monitor delivery performance, quality issues, and supplier performance.

• Category Delivery Support

Support sourcing activities aligned with category strategies and identify supply risk mitigation opportunities.

• Data & Systems Management

Maintain accurate procurement and vendor data within ERP/SRM systems.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree with 2–3 years experience in procurement/supply roles (chemical or manufacturing preferred)
• Experience handling PO execution, supplier coordination, and shipment documentation
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP Ariba or Oracle JDE is a plus
