Identify, research, and approach KOL / influencers / communities for social impact project
Initiate and develop collaborations with KOL / public figures
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOL / influencers
Monitor campaign performance and ensure quality execution & impact delivery
Take full responsibility for the success of each social project
Actively explore and identify new collaboration opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

Have at least 2 or 3 years of relevant work experience managing KOL/influencers/communities
Strong knowledge & research skills in KOL
Well-connected with diverse KOL / influencers across multiple categories
Up-to-date with social media trends
High energy, proactive, and comfortable with targets
Strong interest in social issues & impact
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (confident in communication & relationship building)
Strong networking ability and love interacting with people
Team player with great collaboration skills
Strong ownership in handling KOL projects end-to-end
Great time management & attention to detail
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects
Based in Jabodetabek (preferred)
