Minimum 1 year of IT Support/Helpdesk experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Understanding of basic troubleshooting in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel - basic formulas, Word, dil).
Understanding of DHCP clients and IP assignment.
Understanding of Microsoft Outlook setup (email setup).
Familiarity with Command Prompt or PowerShell.
Detailed and thorough in data entry documentation.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (add/edit/delete users, assign licenses).
Experience with basic Active Directory usage (add/edit/delete users, AD sync).
Understanding of IP classes and basic subnetting.
Willing to work from office
