  • Minimum 1 year of IT Support/Helpdesk experience working with Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Understanding of basic troubleshooting in Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office programs (Excel - basic formulas, Word, dil).
  • Understanding of DHCP clients and IP assignment.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Outlook setup (email setup).
  • Familiarity with Command Prompt or PowerShell.
  • Detailed and thorough in data entry documentation.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (add/edit/delete users, assign licenses).
  • Experience with basic Active Directory usage (add/edit/delete users, AD sync).
  • Understanding of IP classes and basic subnetting.
  • Willing to work from office
