Memberikan dukungan teknis (technical support) kepada user terkait perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, jaringan, dan sistem TI.
Menangani incident, request, dan troubleshooting yang dilaporkan oleh user melalui ticketing system.
Melakukan monitoring dan maintenance sistem TI agar operasional berjalan dengan baik.
Melakukan instalasi, konfigurasi, dan update perangkat komputer maupun aplikasi pendukung.
Mengelola user account, hak akses, serta administrasi sistem sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
Melakukan pengecekan dan maintenance server berbasis Linux.
Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal maupun vendor terkait penyelesaian permasalahan TI.
Membuat dokumentasi teknis dan laporan pekerjaan secara berkala.
Memastikan SLA (Service Level Agreement) layanan IT berjalan sesuai standar perusahaan.
Mendukung kebutuhan operasional IT secara shifting apabila diperlukan.
Minimum Qualifications
Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, Sistem Informasi, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam pengelolaan dan operasional sistem TI.
Berpengalaman sebagai IT Service Desk atau Helpdesk Support.
Memahami proses incident handling dan troubleshooting perangkat IT.
Mampu mengoperasikan dan menggunakan tools ticketing system/service desk.
Memiliki pemahaman terkait IT Service Management (ITSM).
Bersedia bekerja secara shifting sesuai kebutuhan operasional.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai System Administrator.
Memahami pengelolaan dan maintenance server berbasis Linux.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
