About ADA’s Employee Experience Team

The Employee Experience (EX) team ensures that every touchpoint of the employee journey is intentional, engaging, and reflective of ADA’s culture. We partner closely with leaders across Asia to shape an environment where people feel valued, connected, and empowered. As an intern, you will gain exposure to both the Indonesia market and ADA’s global EX initiatives.

Role Overview

This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful experiences, is curious about organizational culture, and wants to build real HR capability. You will report directly to the Head of Employee Experience and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will gain hands-on experience in engagement, onboarding, communications, office experience design, and global EX projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and New Hire Experience
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics to create a smooth and engaging first-week experience.
  • Support development of onboarding materials, communication flows, and experience enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen the new hire journey through feedback and insights.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Building
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of local engagement activities, cultural initiatives, and recognition efforts.
  • Support content creation, storytelling, and engagement reporting.
  • Provide ideas that help create inclusive, memorable experiences.
  • Office and Workplace Experience
  • Drive initiatives that enhance the day-to-day experience in the Indonesia office.
  • Conduct office experience observations, feedback collection, and environment audits.
  • Coordinate with vendors or facilities partners when required to support workspace quality.
  • HR Operations & Administration
  • Support employee access processes, ID preparation, and coordination of inventories such as welcome packs and office materials.
  • Maintain EX trackers and documentation that support strong governance and smooth workflows.
  • Assist the Head of EX with operational improvements and process enhancements.
  • EX Projects and Global Initiatives
  • Support ADA-wide EX initiatives, global engagement projects, and regional activation plans.
  • Assist with communications, planning, and execution of cross-market EX activities.
  • Work with the global EX team on experience improvements and people-focused initiatives.
  • Data, Insights and Research
  • Assist in compiling insights from engagement activities, surveys, and feedback channels.
  • Conduct research on EX trends, workplace practices, and experience improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Genuine interest in people, culture, and workplace experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to take initiative.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
  • Creative and willing to share ideas.
