Responsible for the end-to-end digital marketing strategy and roadmap.
Conduct research to identify customer needs and market trends.
Transform customer insights into actionable digital marketing campaigns, prioritize marketing activities, and manage the digital marketing calendar.
Manage feedback, criticism, and complaints to enhance the overall user/customer experience.
Execute digital marketing campaigns, design detailed marketing plans, and oversee the development of promotional materials.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (collaborate with content creators, software engineers, finance, management, and sales teams) to ensure alignment in product development, campaign launches, and promotions.
Monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze product sales forecasts, digital advertising metrics, market trends, and cost structures.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and identify opportunities for competitive digital marketing strategies.
Requirements
Undergraduate or final-year student in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent is preferred. Any major is welcome to apply.
Able to communicate complex marketing strategies or technical information effectively.
Has experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media marketing, etc.).
Project management skills with a focus on digital marketing initiatives.
Leadership skills to guide a marketing team.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to absorb complex technical and conceptual information, identify key issues, and present understandable alternatives to both technical and non-technical individuals at all organizational levels.
