Role Description

  • Awareness & Brand Presence
    • Execute digital initiatives to drive top–funnel metrics (reach, impressions, traffic).
    • Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital touchpoints.
    • Support campaign leads by executing awareness-related activities within larger campaign plans.
  • Paid Ads Management
    • Plan, run, and optimize ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive traffic and awareness.
    • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Digital Content & Media
    • Manage SEO, blog content, and PR/media exposure to strengthen online presence.
    • Support co-marketing initiatives for partner projects (promotional assets, campaign amplification, content collaboration).
    • Manage KOL activation for awareness objectives (briefing, coordination, content review, performance check).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting
    • Work closely with the Design, Social Media, and Growth teams to ensure aligned messaging and campaign execution.
    • Track and report key awareness and acquisition metrics (reach, traffic, CTR, CPL) to the Marketing Lead and CEO.
Role Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with exposure to top–mid funnel activities.
  • Hands-on experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with SEO, blog content optimization, and basic analytics.
  • Experience managing KOL collaborations (briefing, coordination, content review).
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for cross-team work.
  • Comfortable interpreting metrics (reach, traffic, CTR) and turning them into clear recommendations.
